   -We really need to end this. If someone didn't read the status, he/she should read it now and give feedback if needed. Otherwise it will be to late.
   -The current version of the article 3 is ok for the person present, but they haven't been involved in the discussion on the mailing list

   - if people want to meet to discuss about the article 3, they are free to do a meeting, people here weren't very interested
