Subscription at the IBPT:

There is a possibility that we won't have to pay directly if we only do VPN to begin. Payment ensues to providing services such as wifi infra, sip, .. So we may avoid payment for another couple of months. (as per Cedric, who is not 100% sure)

The consensus among people present at the meeting is to pay so it's done and we can move forward. Payment is:

If we register for Public network + Services : 124 eur egistration + 310 eur / year

From a source: the won't be any registration at the IBPT before elections be we don't know why.

Bram is going to lend 500€ to the ASBL for the expenses.gbb

Bank:

Joe a oublié son laptop!

Joe has done some prospection. 2 choices: Triodos or Record Bank. Triodos is liked for their Ethical Stance. Record Bank is liked because they have more offices in town (only one for Triodos).

Record Bank provide a free VISA card. Cédric Ternon says that for Réseau Citoyen or la RAT they do a lot of payment online (like buying hardware) so a VISA card would be really usefull, in contrary from the feedback on IRC. Réseau Citoyen has a prepaid Mastercard but the problem is that it can't be for an association so it's at the name of Réseau Citoyen. (?)

After discussion, we all chose to go on Record Bank.

Acounting software:

We are going to use PHPcompta using the metodology: the one who is going to use it will make the choice. Cedric T. knows it, also Ivan. Joe likes this solution.

Bram is going to deploy it.

Cédric Ternon accept to call bpost to check the state of the account.

Antenna for Réseau Citoyen at the ULB:

C4pitainCrunch has asked at a meeting of the Cercle Informatique if the cercle was ready to be responsible for the antenna and the cercle said yes at unanimité and the members like the project.

5 next steps:

* insurance (cercle informatique)
* money (ACE?)
* specifications
* contact the infrastructure departement for the details for connecting the antenna (need to be done at the end when the ULB has said that it was going to happen)
* health program (but mostly already done)
* update the dossier

Paper received and filled. Just missing the bank account number. 70 Eur membership per year.

VPN

According to wannes calculations, with 5.00€ per month it was okay if the 14 persons that promises to subscribe, we'll be okay. After some change (because it is 70€ per years for the PI blocks), this will be more 6€ per person for the same number of persons. Be since we except more person, 5€ with a "pay what you want more" offer this will be fine quite soon.

Réseau citoyen

Belgacom BBox is starting to use the same wifi band (5GHz ?) than Réseau Citoyen : this is going to be troublesome.
